Team Advantage Plus, LLC was founded by Darla Clark and Todd Burghardt, two Top Producing REALTORS – both of Nextage Professionals Realty - to offer superior real estate services to Home Buyers and Home Sellers throughout Northern Illinois.

Todd and Darla have been working side by side and helping one another throughout the last 8 years of their real estate careers but never actually joined forces as a team. Todd has attained National Recognition as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and received his e-Pro Internet Professional Certification through continuing education classes with the National Association of REALTORS.
