Raised in nearby Kane County and currently residing in Rochelle, Illinois, Todd has an extensive knowledge of Northern Illinois; an invaluable tool when searching for the perfect home - or when creating a personal and comprehensive marketing plan to sell your current home.

Todd Burghardt has attained National Recognition as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and received his e-Pro Internet Professional Certification through continuing education classes with the National Association of REALTORS.

Todd is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and has the distinguished designation of GRI; has completed extensive classes on Relocation Procedures earning his Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and Certified Agent Relocation Specialist (CAAS) designations.

In addition to his professional accreditations, Todd’s passion and enthusiasm for helping first time home buyers led him to obtain several education certifications through NeighborWorks and the Partnership for Home Ownership and is a certified First Time Home Buyer Instructor as well as a Licensed CE Instructor for the State of Illinois and a nationally Certified Trainer for REALTORS Property Resource (RPR®)

On the State level, Todd served as a Governor for the REALTOR® Institute, served on the executive committee and was the Chairman of the Professional Development Member Involvement Group, for the Illinois REALTORS®.

In 2008, while president of the Dekalb Area Association of REALTORS®, he was voted "REALTOR® of the Year"
